  • Annual “thank you” dinner for 80 distributors held in a different country/city each year, such as Dubai, Toronto, Vienna, Hamburg, Glasgow, Barcelona, Cannes, Istanbul.

  • Oversee all of the FT commercial events with approx. £85k per annum budget, including lunches and dinners for key advertisers held in our board room and offsite events such as canapé and cocktails events for approx. 120 guests, formal dining for approx. 80 guests. 

  • Senior Team awaydays and offsite meetings.

  • Full event management from designing invitations through to attending on the night to ensure seamless flow.

• Proficient at generating PowerPoint presentations.

• Skilled at managing complex International travel schedules for multiple executives.

• Excellent written & oral communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task successfully within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

• Able to provide full administrative support of the day-to-day business activities. 

• Confident and comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
